I made a mistake and sent my details across to someone else who strung me along for a day and half, once I finally found out, I was so panicked that I had missed a deadline for a weekend delivery but I rang Sean and he fitted my delivery in.
The communication I received from there was outstanding, I was given a time frame then updated via message when it came closer to delivery, I could track the driver, it was fantastic and it even arrived a little earlier than originally expected which was great for us as we were ready to go. John the delivery driver was lovely and didn’t muck around, my driveway is a little tricky but it was no issues for him at all, thanks John.
The quality of the turf was sensational, very healthy and vibrant, it layed so easily and we were able to get a nice tight join. Once we have our next area ready to go we will definitely be back and we highly recommend AOK to anyone looking for turf.
